¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!

San Diego Bicycle Club partnered with the Family Health Center of San Diego to host ¡Vive tu vida/ Get Up! Get Moving! This past Saturday in Logan Heights.

The event included free health screenings, sports and fitness activities. SDBC staged a bike rodeo led by Barb Trenchi and Bruce Stromko where more than 70 kids came out to learn the ropes and basic bike safety. In the theme of supporting safe cycling, SDBC also hosted a helmet giveaway – led by Marilyn Detloff – that benefited about 100 kids! Talk about a great day for an even better cause!
